4. Custom & Bespoke Products
Bespoke products are crafted according to customer specifications, measurements, and personalization choices.
Due to the nature of bespoke tailoring, all sales of custom products are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect orders, or agreed adjustments per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. Any errors in supplied details may affect the fit and appearance of the final product.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to order complexity, customization, or external factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers should inspect items immediately and notify Kim Bespoke of any discrepancies per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
