Not only does Công tử Bạc Liêu recreate the story of a legendary Southern aristocrat, but the film is also a true fashion spectacle—where classic aesthetics intersect with modern sensibilities. In particular, the styling of “Cậu Ba,” portrayed by actor Song Luân, promises to captivate fashion enthusiasts with seven distinct outfits.
Kim Bespoke is proud to have crafted five bespoke white suits that contribute to the character’s refined and aristocratic appearance. Though all rendered in white, each suit carries a unique personality through masterful variations in texture, shade, and pattern—ranging from pure white to luxurious ivory, from subtle pinstripes to intricate jacquard motifs. Every design was thoughtfully created to harmonize with the concept and atmosphere of each cinematic scene.
Inspired by classical Sartorial elegance, the loose, elongated silhouettes of these suits evoke the essence of early 20th-century Victorian and Edwardian tailoring. This aesthetic not only offers maximum comfort but also conveys a sense of sophistication and nobility—befitting a style-conscious gentleman like Cậu Ba, who always dresses with intention and awareness of his surroundings.
The tailoring process at Kim Bespoke was executed with meticulous precision. Skilled craftsmen applied traditional hand-tailoring techniques throughout, creating sharp, refined seams and thoughtful detailing. Most of Cậu Ba’s suits were constructed almost entirely by hand, from structural stitching to the finishing of buttons and trims. This level of dedication results in garments that are truly unique—pieces that carry personal character, artisanal value, and exceptional sartorial craftsmanship.
